The Experience Step by Step

We start by raising the tone of Sunday with a Welcome Aperitif: an exclusive glass of Juvé & Camps rosé cava.

To awaken the senses:

• Freshly squeezed orange juice or our refreshing Mimosa.
• Coffee or tea to taste.

We continue with a selection of irresistible classics:

• Duo of selected cheeses and Iberian Ham.
• Variety of breads: seed toast and glass bread.
• Butter croissant, virgin olive oil, grated tomato, jam and butter.
• Creamy yogurt with honey, muesli and red fruits.
• Our specialty of fresh pasta with guanciale and parmesan.

The Main Course (To choose):

• Eggs Benedict: with smoked salmon or Iberian ham, served with avocado on seed toast.
• Beef Steak Tartar: for the most demanding palates.
• Inhala Beef Burger: with bacon, cheddar, onion confit and homemade barbecue sauce.
• Healthy Bowl: marinated salmon, rice, quinoa, avocado and poached egg with old mustard and honey sauce.
